Barista / Senior Barista / Café Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing café team as Barista, Senior Barista or Café Supervisor. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality coffee and beverages while providing friendly, efficient service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso‑based drinks, tea and menu items following company standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Take orders, process payments and manage the POS system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization of the café and work areas.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, ingredients and packaging; report and assist with inventory.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• For senior or supervisory roles: train and guide staff, assist with scheduling, opening/closing procedures and monitor performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar café role is preferred.
• Strong passion for coffee, hospitality and customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication, attention to detail and a positive attitude.
