Bartender / Mixologist

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel bar team as a Bartender/Mixologist, where you’ll create memorable beverage experiences for guests while embodying the brand’s hospitality values. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, delivering high‑quality drinks and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, garnish and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area, stocking supplies, glassware and perishables.
• Process guest payments accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation and ensure product freshness.
• Address guest concerns promptly, including handling intoxicated guests with professionalism.
• Adhere to health, safety, sanitation and alcohol service regulations.

Required skills
