Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen positioning, increase consumer engagement and support business growth across all relevant channels. Working closely with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, R&D and external agencies, the role ensures consistent brand presence and drives performance against commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and long‑term brand strategies aligned with business goals, consumer needs and market opportunities.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, e‑commerce, retail, events and activations.
• Manage product development, innovation, packaging and portfolio initiatives from concept through launch.
• Monitor brand, campaign and business performance using KPIs, analyse sales and consumer data, and provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in brand management, consumer marketing or product marketing with a strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable brand and growth strategies.
