About the role
The Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity will drive growth of cybersecurity services in Bahrain. You will work onsite, engaging with senior decision‑makers to expand the client base and increase revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for cybersecurity services and solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to design suitable solutions for customers.
- Generate leads and drive revenue growth in the Bahrain market.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity sales, preferably in the Bahrain market.
- Strong knowledge of the Bahrain market with established relationships with CISOs, CROs, CIOs, and other key decision‑makers.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Ability to work onsite and manage the full sales process.
