Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our cybersecurity solutions portfolio in Bahrain. This individual‑contributor role will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and will work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored security offerings to enterprise and mid‑market customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Bahrain‑specific business development plan to expand market presence.
• Generate a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking events and partner channels.
• Engage senior stakeholders such as CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, risk and compliance leaders to understand security challenges.
• Design and present customized cybersecurity solutions, prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline reports and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and cybersecurity forums.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors, customer needs and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in business development, enterprise or solution sales.
• Proven track record selling cybersecurity solutions or services.
• Deep knowledge of the Bahrain market and an established network of decision‑makers in private‑sector organisations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior IT and business executives.
