Business Development Manager

About the role

Premier Q is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to lead sales and create new business opportunities across the Bahrain market. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, developers, schools and government entities, promoting our sports, recreation and play solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and generate sales opportunities throughout Bahrain.
• Build and nurture relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, developers, schools and government bodies.
• Promote Premier Q’s portfolio of sports, recreation and play solutions.
• Identify upcoming projects and manage opportunities from initial lead through quotation to award.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits.
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales.
• Experience in the construction or projects industry.
• Strong technical understanding to discuss project requirements with clients.
• Preferably experience with sports fields, playgrounds, recreational facilities, landscaping or related products.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the Bahrain market and ability to develop new client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, commercially driven and comfortable working toward sales targets.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence preferred.
