About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing real‑estate team in Bahrain. The role focuses on expanding our client base, generating new leads and supporting overall sales growth.

Key responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real‑estate market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Follow up with potential clients, generate leads and schedule meetings.
Support sales initiatives and contribute to the company’s growth targets.
Achieve assigned sales targets and report on performance metrics.

Required profile

Open to candidates of all nationalities.
Previous experience in real‑estate, sales or business development is an advantage.
Target‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
Strong English communication skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
