About the role

We are seeking a Carpentry Workshop Manager with 3–5 years of experience in interior fit‑out and strong knowledge of AutoCAD. The role involves overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the carpentry workshop, ensuring quality and timely delivery of fabrication works.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day carpentry workshop operations.
  • Plan production and allocate manpower.
  • Supervise carpentry fabrication and finishing works.
  • Coordinate production according to project drawings and requirements.
  • Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
  • Monitor material usage and workshop productivity.
  • Ensure quality and timely completion of carpentry works.
  • Coordinate with site and project teams.
  • Maintain workshop safety and housekeeping standards.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in interior fit‑out.
  • Strong carpentry workshop management experience.
  • AutoCAD knowledge is required.
