About the role
We are looking for an experienced Carpentry Workshop Manager to lead our interior fit‑out workshop in Bahrain. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and coordinating with project teams to deliver on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day workshop operations and allocate manpower.
- Supervise carpentry fabrication and finishing works according to project drawings.
- Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings and coordinate production.
- Monitor material usage, workshop productivity, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in interior fit‑out.
- Strong carpentry workshop management background.
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with site and project teams.
Required skills
- AutoCAD
