About the role
The Cashier is responsible for handling sales transactions efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. The role also supports store operations, visual standards, and promotes the loyalty program.
Key responsibilities
- Process payments accurately (cash, credit cards, vouchers) and issue receipts, refunds, and change.
- Maintain a balanced cash till at the start and end of each shift with adequate change.
- Provide a clean, organized work area and ensure products, especially coffee, are served fresh following the "Always Fresh" procedure.
- Promote impulse purchases at the counter and encourage enrollment in the Club Apparel loyalty program.
- Perform regular temperature checks for products and log them as required.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in a cashier or customer‑service role.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic math proficiency.
- Ability to follow operational guidelines and store policies.
Required skills
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Accurate cash handling.
