Certified Senior Outsystems Developer

About the role

Array Innovation is seeking a Senior OutSystems Developer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade applications for banking and public‑sector clients across the GCC. This hands‑on engineering position offers full ownership of architecture, coding, and production support, working closely with architects, business analysts, QA, and client stakeholders from requirements to go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy web and mobile applications on OutSystems 11, handling the full lifecycle from analysis to production release.
• Own solution architecture and module design, applying OutSystems best practices such as 4‑Layer Canvas and reusable components.
• Build and consume integrations (REST, SOAP, database connectors, extensions) with core banking and payment systems.
• Write efficient data models and SQL, tuning queries and server actions for performance and scalability.
• Apply secure development practices, manage environments and releases through LifeTime, and enforce coding standards.
• Engage directly with client teams, run workshops, present solutions, and produce clear technical documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on delivery experience on live OutSystems projects.
• At least one active OutSystems certification (Associate Developer, Web Developer Specialist, Mobile Developer Specialist, Security Specialist, or Architecture Specialist).
• Proven track record delivering full application lifecycles on OutSystems with concrete examples.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Required skills

• OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service Center, and LifeTime.
• OutSystems 11 platform and 4‑Layer Canvas architecture.
• SQL Server and/or Oracle relational data modelling and query optimisation.
• REST and SOAP integration, database connectors, and third‑party API consumption.
• JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for UI customisation.
• Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
