Channel Manager

About the role

We are a growth‑focused organization seeking an experienced Channel Manager to lead our partner ecosystem and drive indirect sales. This remote, full‑time position will shape channel strategies, recruit and enable distributors, resellers and technology partners, and expand our market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel strategies aligned with revenue and market expansion goals.
• Identify, recruit, onboard and manage distributors, resellers, dealers and strategic partners.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners and key decision‑makers.
• Create partner business plans, joint go‑to‑market initiatives and enablement programs.
• Drive channel revenue growth, pipeline development and partner performance.
• Monitor channel KPIs, manage incentives, rebates and commercial agreements.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity and channel opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, finance and operations teams.
• Prepare performance reports, forecasts and executive recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Technology or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in channel management, partner management, indirect sales or business development.
• Proven track record building and managing successful partner ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of channel sales models, distribution strategies and partner programs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship‑management and presentation skills.
• Experience managing revenue targets and commercial performance.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
