Chef de Partie – Kitchen Professional

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for daily food preparation, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily mise‑en‑place and food production across various kitchen sections or satellite stations.
• Coordinate tasks with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef and follow their instructions.
• Maintain consistent quality, stay updated on new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
• Lead and instruct sub‑ordinates, set up and supervise buffets and special functions.
• Collaborate with other sections to ensure cleanliness, control wastage, and manage cost.
• Check daily requirements, handle last‑minute events, and guide the team to maintain motivation and efficiency.

Required profile

• Completed professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course.
• Previous experience in reputable establishments with strong culinary skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven ability in food preparation, presentation, and preservation.
• Positive, creative, and dedicated team player able to work in a multicultural environment.
