About the role

A leading restaurant group serving modern Arabic cuisine in Bahrain is looking for a Commis to join its kitchen team. The position is full‑time and based on‑site in Manama. You will work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations, keep the work area organized, and follow safety protocols while helping deliver high‑quality dishes to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior kitchen staff with food preparation and plating.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen area.
• Support the flow of service by preparing ingredients and handling basic cooking tasks.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and monitor stock levels.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of kitchen or food preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
