Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

The Corporate Travel Consultant will work on‑site in Manama, providing end‑to‑end travel solutions for business clients. You will plan, book and manage flights, hotels, ground transport and tours while ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies.

Key responsibilities

• Create and modify travel itineraries using GDS and other booking platforms.
• Secure cost‑effective options and negotiate rates with suppliers.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering professional travel advice.
• Handle changes, cancellations and resolve issues before and during travel.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of airline deals, visa requirements and destination information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Experience in corporate or business travel consulting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under time pressure.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business or related field.
