Creative Producer

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Producer to lead the planning, coordination and execution of digital, multimedia and brand projects. The role blends creative vision with strong project‑management to deliver campaigns that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of creative projects and campaigns.
• Coordinate designers, writers, videographers, editors, marketers and external partners.
• Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables and production schedules.
• Translate business goals into clear creative briefs and project requirements.
• Oversee content production across digital, social, video and branding channels.
• Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, creative teams and leadership.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks and allocate resources efficiently.
• Support concept development and evaluate project outcomes for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Advertising, Design, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in creative production, project management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows and content‑production processes.
• Excellent project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Proven communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely and work independently.
• Problem‑solving mindset and decisive decision‑making.
