Credit & Collection Specialist

About the role

Property Finder is seeking a Credit & Collection Specialist to manage payment follow‑ups, prevent write‑offs and support revenue recovery across its Bahrain and Qatar markets. The role works closely with Business Consultants to negotiate payment solutions, reduce financial risk and reactivate clients through new contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Drive client retention and win‑back initiatives by re‑engaging written‑off and at‑risk clients, negotiating commercial solutions and securing new contracts.
• Manage client payment follow‑ups from Day 30 onward, partnering with Business Consultants to prevent write‑offs through tailored payment plans.
• Negotiate and execute settlement agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Monitor high‑risk accounts, identify recovery opportunities and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Credit Control teams to minimise financial risk.
• Oversee post‑write‑off recovery activities, including client communications, legal settlement coordination and performance reporting to meet collection targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Credit Control, Collections, Debt Recovery or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven capability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
