Design Manager – Lead Multidisciplinary Design Teams

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead our multidisciplinary design teams in creating outstanding digital, product, and brand experiences. The role combines strategic vision, hands‑on design expertise, and strong leadership to deliver user‑centered solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute design strategies that support business goals and product vision.
• Lead, mentor, and grow teams of UX, UI, product, visual designers, researchers, and design specialists.
• Establish and maintain scalable design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive user research, usability testing, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and design validation.
• Review design concepts and deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage design roadmaps, resource planning, project priorities, budgets, and external partners.
• Promote design thinking, continuous innovation, and operational improvements across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in UX/UI, product, visual, or digital design, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring high‑performing design teams.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design, accessibility, and design systems.
