Energy Efficiency Trainer

About the role

Green Innova seeks an experienced Energy Efficiency Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact training programs on energy management, sustainability and conservation. The role combines curriculum development, hands‑on workshops and technical support for clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training modules covering energy auditing, renewable integration, HVAC, lighting and industrial energy use.
• Create learning materials, manuals and real‑world case studies.
• Conduct classroom and online sessions for technicians, engineers and managers.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise to Green Innova’s energy auditing and sustainability projects.
• Develop assessment tools, gather feedback and produce post‑training reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Energy Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in energy efficiency, auditing or sustainability consulting.
• Proven track record as a trainer or capacity‑building expert.
• Hands‑on experience in industrial facilities; oil & gas sector preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CEM, CMVP or Training‑of‑Trainers are a plus.
