Entertainment Specialist – Live Performance Artist

About the role

Ravensthorpe Restaurant is launching a 100‑seat immersive dining venue in Adliya, Manama and seeks talented performers to shape its artistic identity. The Entertainment Specialist will join a multicultural cast to deliver live music, dance, storytelling, fire performance and interactive theatre that complement the premium‑casual dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform approved live shows, fire acts, music, dance and storytelling during service, private events and promotional activities.
• Attend rehearsals, choreography sessions, technical and costume checks, and briefings with the Art Coordinator and Resident DJ.
• Follow cues, maintain safety standards, and ensure performances do not disrupt guest comfort or restaurant operations.
• Care for costumes, instruments, props and equipment; report any issues promptly.
• Participate in VIP ceremonies, celebrations and company events as required.

Required profile

• Professional experience in live‑entertainment settings such as hotels, resorts, cruise ships, theatres, festivals or theme parks.
• Current performance video, showreel or portfolio demonstrating relevant skills.
• Conversational English with strong spoken ability for hosting or MC duties.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a coordinated, multicultural cast.
• Valid passport, willingness to relocate to Bahrain and commit to full‑time exclusive employment.

Required skills

• Fire‑performance safety awareness and certification (for fire‑act applicants).
• Multi‑instrumental musical ability (preferred).
