About the role
Real Value Contracting is seeking fresh graduates for Steel Fitter positions at its shipyard in Manama, Bahrain. No prior shipyard experience is required, and successful candidates will undergo a 15‑day training program through the Shipyard Excellence Academy to become job‑ready. The role is full‑time and permanent, based onsite at the shipyard facilities. Successful candidates will join a team focused on steel fabrication and structural work.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- No previous shipyard experience is required.
- Candidates must be willing to learn steel fitting skills.
- Completion of a 15‑day training program is mandatory.
- Applicants should be interested in working in Bahrain.
