About the role

Atlas Aluminum is seeking a skilled Fabricator to join its Manama workshop. This full‑time, on‑site position involves building and installing aluminium and glass architectural systems for a variety of commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, weld and cut aluminium and glass components according to project specifications.
• Interpret technical blueprints, drawings and design documents.
• Operate machinery, hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Take precise measurements and ensure accurate fit‑up of all parts.
• Maintain strict adherence to workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, installers and other team members to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aluminium and glass fabrication, preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Time‑management capability to deliver projects on schedule.
