F&B Captain – Ycone Paris

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Captain to lead the daily operations of our F&B outlet at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring high service standards, and delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet.
• Lead and guide F&B Attendants, conduct pre‑service briefings and ensure team readiness.
• Welcome guests, manage seating arrangements and oversee food and beverage service.
• Monitor service standards, food presentation, guest satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist in upselling menu items and promotions to maximize revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper setup of dining areas before, during and after service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of Food & Beverage service experience in a 5‑star hotel.
• Previous experience as an F&B Captain, Team Leader or similar supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service procedures and guest handling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with good command of English.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and handle guest concerns professionally.
