Female Fitness Instructor

About the role

The Sheraton hotel in Manama is seeking a Female Fitness Instructor to lead group fitness classes and provide personalized exercise guidance to guests of all ability levels. The role combines class instruction, fitness counseling, and safety monitoring within a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a variety of group fitness classes such as aerobics, spinning, and strength training.
• Assess guests’ current fitness levels and design individualized exercise programs.
• Provide advice on proper equipment use and monitor correct exercise techniques.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, responding to emergencies and assisting injured guests until medical help arrives.
• Clean, inspect, and report any issues with fitness equipment, coordinating maintenance as needed.
• Uphold hotel standards of appearance, confidentiality, and guest service throughout each shift.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of related fitness instruction experience.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Required skills

• Fitness instruction and program design.
