Finance Controller

About the role

Drive Luxury, a global luxury chauffeur and travel services company, is seeking a hands‑on Finance Controller based in Bahrain to own the full accounting function and lead its digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Full oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Monthly P&L, cash‑flow reporting and financial consolidation.
• Coordinate payment approvals and cost control with Geneva office managers.
• Liaise with external accountants for tax, VAT and statutory compliance.
• Implement and own Odoo Books/CRM as the core accounting platform.
• Integrate AI‑powered tools to automate and optimise financial workflows.
• Report directly to the Managing Director.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in services, hospitality or luxury.
• Hands‑on, autonomous working style.
• Strong command of multi‑currency and multi‑entity environments.
• Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.
• Based in Bahrain.

Required skills

• Experience with cloud‑based accounting tools such as Odoo.
• Knowledge of AI‑driven finance automation and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in multi‑currency and multi‑entity accounting.
