Finance Manager

About the role

A Finance Manager oversees daily finance and accounting operations, prepares financial reports, and supports strategic decision‑making through analysis and budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and management performance updates.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Establish and maintain financial controls, policies, procedures and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, customers and internal departments.
• Identify financial risks and implement risk‑control measures.
• Lead, supervise and develop finance and accounting staff, improving processes and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Relevant experience in finance management, accounting or financial operations, preferably in UAE/GCC.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CMA are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, ERP or other financial management systems.
