Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic guidance to support the organization’s growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the role involves managing consolidated reporting, budgeting, and audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, board presentations and cost‑of‑capital reports.
• Oversee intercompany balances, annual consolidated budget, and internal/external audit processes, including drafting audited financial statements.
• Maintain bank facility schedules, conduct comparative analyses for renewals and support cash‑flow forecasting and banking transactions.
• Track foreign‑exchange deals, monitor FX movements and manage insurance coverage across group divisions.
• Supervise financial analysts and accountants to ensure accurate ERP entries, payroll reconciliations and timely payments, and deliver monthly entity statements and consolidated reporting in line with IFRS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA or CFA).
• Minimum 10 years of finance management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, IFRS and reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
