About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fleet & Equipment Foreman to supervise fleet and construction equipment operations, coordinate maintenance, and manage daily equipment activities in Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

Supervise fleet and equipment operations.
Coordinate equipment allocation and deployment.
Monitor equipment availability and utilization.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Track equipment breakdowns and maintenance requirements.
Maintain equipment records and operational documentation.
Coordinate with drivers, operators, mechanics, and project teams.
Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently.

Required profile

Relevant experience in fleet and equipment operations.
Experience supervising construction equipment and fleet activities.
Good coordination and organizational skills.
Knowledge of equipment maintenance and operations.
Ability to manage multiple equipment‑related activities.
