About the role
We are seeking an experienced Fleet & Equipment Foreman to supervise fleet and construction equipment operations, coordinate maintenance, and manage daily equipment activities in Bahrain.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise fleet and equipment operations.
- Coordinate equipment allocation, deployment, and utilization.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Track equipment breakdowns and maintain records.
- Collaborate with drivers, operators, mechanics, and project teams to ensure safe and efficient equipment use.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in fleet and equipment operations.
- Experience supervising construction equipment and fleet activities.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and operations.
- Ability to manage multiple equipment‑related activities.
