Forward Deployed Software Engineer (Bahrain)

About the role

Cadence is an AI‑transformation startup in Bahrain that builds catered agentic solutions for enterprises. As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer you will embed yourself within client organisations, learn their workflows, decide what AI tools to create and deliver solutions that automate critical tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with client teams to understand and map their operational processes.
• Design, develop and deploy end‑to‑end AI solutions that address identified pain points.
• Iterate on deployed systems based on feedback and evolving client needs.

Required profile

• Highly analytical mind with appetite for problems in data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure and front‑end frameworks.
• Strong engineering background, preferably in computer science, mathematics, software engineering, physics or data science.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment and able to take criticism constructively.
• Effective collaboration with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++ or JavaScript.
• Experience building end‑to‑end AI solutions.
• Interest or experience with large language models (LLMs) and large data sets.
• Understanding of agentic system architecture and its failure points.
