About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Spa Consultant to join a high‑street salon in Riffa, Bahrain. The successful candidate will provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling and treatment services to a diverse clientele, ensuring a premium salon experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hair cutting, coloring, styling and various treatment procedures according to client requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station.
• Deliver excellent customer service, advising clients on suitable styles and products.
• Collaborate with the salon team to achieve daily service targets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair care.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a salon environment.
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Team‑player who can work effectively in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Bahrain if currently residing abroad.
