General Technician – After‑Sales Service

About the role
The General Technician will execute service requests and perform thorough physical inspections of service points, ensuring vehicles receive proper after‑sales care.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out normal vehicle services, steam cleaning and minor repairs such as tire removal, wheel balancing, alignment and acid stripping.
- Identify additional repair needs, meet customer requirements and maintain productivity targets.
- Maintain all tools and equipment in good condition and ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Strictly follow quality standards, organisational policies and EHSQ manuals.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Secondary school certificate or diploma in a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of practical automotive service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and hands‑on background.
