Graduate Structural Engineer (Bahraini National)

About the role

AECOM is seeking recent Bahraini graduates in Structural Engineering to join its 24‑month ADVANCE graduate program. This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience across design, analysis, and coordination within a global infrastructure consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and project models according to discipline requirements.
• Prepare and review drawings under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Assist with design content, ensuring high‑quality outputs within project timelines.
• Follow agreed‑upon budgets and schedules while performing assigned tasks.
• Collect and analyse information from BIM and interdisciplinary project models.
• Utilise engineering software to solve fundamental problems.
• Coordinate with engineers from other disciplines to maintain design continuity.
• Participate in design progress and coordination meetings.
• Verify the accuracy of BIM/CAD model production.
• Proactively seek information, contribute ideas, and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Master of Science or Engineering in Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Bahraini national.
• Recent graduate (within the last 24 months or no earlier than September 2024).

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM tools.
• Proficiency with CAD software.
