Graphic Designer – Luxury Hospitality Brand

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join the visual team of Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, an ultra‑luxury hospitality brand. The role will support marketing, social media and brand communications with high‑end visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original designs for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, banners and event collateral.
• Create engaging visual content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Edit and enhance photos, videos and other visual assets to ensure premium quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals that follow brand guidelines.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints and stay current with design trends.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably within luxury hospitality or similar high‑end brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding expertise and high‑quality digital and print work.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with video editing and motion‑graphics tools.
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design and visual storytelling.
