About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking a Guestroom Attendant to join its Housekeeping team. In this position you will help create memorable experiences for guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout the property.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and self‑inspect guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards, ensuring linen closets are stocked.
- Provide genuine hospitality, promote hotel services, anticipate guest needs and take ownership of any concerns.
- Offer special service touches when opportunities arise to exceed guest expectations.
- Handle equipment safely, report defects or accidents immediately, and follow MSDS and accident‑response procedures.
- Keep maids’ pantries tidy, stocked and closed when not in use, and ensure all working equipment is clean and in good order.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in 5‑star hotels or resorts.
- Proficiency in English.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required.
