About the role
NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert to provide technical assistance for the EU‑funded “Egypt Downtown Facility” project. The role focuses on modernising institutional IT systems, digital workflows and ICT infrastructure within public administrations.
Key responsibilities
- Support technical assistance assignments related to institutional IT systems, digital workflows, ICT infrastructure, secure communications and cybersecurity.
- Conduct assessments, prepare technical specifications and develop IT modernisation roadmaps for public institutions.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in ICT, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, including assessing and modernising institutional IT systems.
- Fluent English (C1); Arabic is desirable.
- Knowledge of secure communications, information systems and cybersecurity requirements.
- Experience supporting digital modernisation within public administrations is a plus.
