Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our global IT infrastructure. The role is fully remote and reports to senior leadership, ensuring that our cloud and on‑premise environments remain secure, highly available, and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise‑wide infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage cloud platforms, on‑premise servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all infrastructure services.
• Lead modernization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee infrastructure security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement proactive improvements.
• Control budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.
• Drive infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and system deployments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, DevOps, and application teams.
• Establish governance, standards, and operational procedures.
• Mentor and develop infrastructure engineers and technical staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8‑12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, network administration or cloud operations.
• Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale infrastructure environments and technical teams.
• Strong leadership, analytical, troubleshooting and communication abilities.
• Experience with distributed and remote infrastructure operations.
• Understanding of IT service management and operational best practices.
