IS Support Coordinator

About the role

The IS Support Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of the division’s information systems and business intelligence solutions. This role combines data analysis, system administration, and integration tasks to support decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, collect and interpret raw data from multiple sources and produce analytical reports.
• Design, develop and implement integration services and ETL solutions to meet business needs.
• Create and maintain reporting and analysis services for management.
• Develop data‑mining and predictive‑analytics modules.
• Design databases and data warehouses, including queries, stored procedures and triggers.
• Administer, maintain and secure division databases and backup solutions.
• Provide system management, troubleshooting and support for information systems and BI tools.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of business objectives and ability to apply internal policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a business context.
• Ability to analyse data, evaluate results and create decision‑support reports.
• Organised, capable of planning projects to meet short‑ and long‑term goals.
• Proficiency in interpreting client requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
