IT Supervisor – Hotel Operations

About the role

We are looking for an IT Supervisor to lead the technology function at The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa in Manama. The role combines hands‑on technical support with strategic oversight to ensure seamless IT services for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, resolve technical issues promptly and support hotel staff.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement and maintain hardware, software, network and telecommunication systems.
• Monitor system performance, security and backups, proactively addressing risks and ensuring data integrity.
• Provide training and guidance on IT procedures, applications and security best practices.
• Support installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet issues to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Manage IT inventory, including software licences, hardware assets and consumables.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for contracts and support.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in IT systems, hardware, software and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear user support.
