JLR Brand Manager – Automotive

About the role

Euro Motors is looking for a highly motivated JLR Brand Manager to lead the Jaguar Land Rover brand in Bahrain. The role combines strategic brand development, market analysis and close collaboration with sales and dealership networks to drive growth in a competitive automotive market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies for JLR aligned with corporate vision and market objectives.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective product positioning, pricing and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to shape product development and marketing plans.
• Oversee creation and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Manage relationships with JLR corporate, local dealerships and key stakeholders.
• Prepare annual budgets, business plans and performance reports for Jaguar and Land Rover lines.
• Supervise departmental performance, monitor budgets and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Handle large fleet customers, corporate accounts and government tenders, ensuring high service standards.
• Expand the Jaguar/Land Rover network by adding new sales, service and parts outlets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative and strategic thinking with problem‑solving orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with marketing software and tools.
