JLR Brand Manager – Automotive

About the role

Euro Motors is looking for a motivated JLR Brand Manager to lead the Jaguar Land Rover brand in Bahrain. The role combines strategic brand development, market analysis, and close collaboration with sales and dealership networks to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with corporate vision and market objectives.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure effective product positioning, pricing and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights for product development and marketing plans.
• Oversee creation and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Manage relationships with JLR corporate teams, local dealerships and key stakeholders.
• Prepare annual budgets, business plans and performance reports for Jaguar and Land Rover lines.
• Supervise departmental operations, monitor budgets and ensure compliance with Bahrain regulations and AZI Group policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with marketing software and tools.
