JLR Brand Manager – Automotive

About the role

Euro Motors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced JLR Brand Manager to join its dynamic team in Bahrain. The role focuses on developing and implementing brand strategies for Jaguar Land Rover, monitoring market trends, and driving sales growth in a competitive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure effective product positioning and pricing.
• Oversee marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage relationships with JLR corporate, local dealerships, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare annual budgets, organizational charts, and strategic business plans for Jaguar/Land Rover.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in brand management, preferably automotive.
• Proven track record of successful brand strategy implementation.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and strategic problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software/tools.
• Knowledge of the JLR product line and Bahrain market is a plus.
