JLR Brand Manager – Automotive

About the role

Euro Motors is looking for a dynamic JLR Brand Manager to lead the brand strategy for Jaguar and Land Rover in Bahrain. The role combines market analysis, campaign execution, and close collaboration with sales and dealership networks to grow brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with corporate vision and goals.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure effective product positioning and pricing.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights for product development and marketing.
• Oversee creation and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage relationships with JLR corporate team, local dealerships and key stakeholders.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the JLR product line to communicate benefits to customers.
• Control brand budget, ensuring efficient resource use.
• Prepare annual business plans, budgets and performance reports for Jaguar and Land Rover.
• Supervise departmental activities, monitor performance against budgets and report progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and strategic thinking with problem‑solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools.
• Knowledge of JLR products and the Bahrain market is a plus.
