Junior Accountant – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join a leading real‑estate client in Bahrain. The role offers a solid foundation in accounting practices, supporting day‑to‑day financial operations and gaining exposure to property‑related transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and posting accounting entries.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments and journal vouchers.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and aid in month‑end closing activities.
• Maintain tenant payment records and track rental income.
• Coordinate with suppliers, tenants and internal departments on financial matters.
• Assist with VAT documentation and compliance requirements.
• Support audit preparation and related documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Utilise accounting software/ERP systems for daily accounting operations.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Eligible to work in Bahrain – open to Bahraini nationals only.
