Junior Estimator (Fit‑out & Metal Fabrication)

About the role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Junior Estimator to support its expanding fit‑out and metal‑fabrication projects in Bahrain. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, accountants and operations teams to deliver accurate cost analyses and tender documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and assess contract enquiries, ensuring suitability and compliance with QA procedures.
• Issue RFQs to the supply chain, select optimal suppliers and manufacturing locations.
• Analyse supplier quotes, negotiate costs, and review terms against tender standards.
• Prepare tender analysis reports and present findings internally and to clients.
• Detail cost breakdowns for contract review and monitor tender progress.
• Identify risks and opportunities from specifications, drawings and bills of materials.
• Support hand‑over meetings between estimating, operational and commercial teams.

Required profile

• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience in metal‑fabrication estimation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
