About the role
The Lead Site Mechanic will direct all aircraft, subsystem, and support equipment operations and maintenance for the CLS program in Bahrain. This position is contingent upon award and includes responsibility for launch/recovery, parts supply, and liaison with the Government.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee aircraft maintenance, repairs, modifications, and inspections for King Air/1900 series.
- Manage contractor‑owned parts (COMP), repair stations, and support equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate launch and recovery operations and ensure compliance with FAA regulations.
Required profile
- 5+ years aircraft maintenance experience, including 3+ years on King Air/1900 series.
- At least 1 year as a site lead on a similar effort.
- Current FAA A&P license and ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

What we offer
- Salary $90,000 – $150,000 per year
