Luxury Watch Sales Associate / Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a polished, knowledgeable, and customer‑focused Luxury Watch Sales Associate / Advisor to represent a premium watch brand. The role delivers a highly personalised client experience, presents luxury timepieces, builds long‑term relationships and meets sales targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and brand representation.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients professionally and provide a discreet, personalised luxury shopping experience.
• Understand client preferences, lifestyle and budget to recommend appropriate watches.
• Present and explain watch collections, movements, complications and brand heritage.
• Maintain accurate client profiles and follow‑up activities in CRM systems.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets, KPIs and conversion rates.
• Handle product demonstrations, stock receiving, inventory checks and secure sales transactions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Luxury Management, Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Hospitality or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in luxury watches, jewellery, premium retail or high‑end customer service.
• Strong consultative selling ability and proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Professional appearance, discretion and ability to build long‑term client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using CRM and inventory management software.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage client calendars.
• Familiarity with retail systems for stock handling and sales processing.
• Knowledge of watch movements, complications and luxury product terminology.
