About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing & Admin Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives while managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing activities and ensure timely execution of projects.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends.
• Prepare and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
• Support administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and operational objectives.
• Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and administrative roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and innovation.
