Marketing Executive

About the role

Zayani Motors, a leading automotive company in Bahrain, is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to boost brand visibility and support the Marketing Manager in delivering high‑impact campaigns for world‑renowned automotive brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update company websites and social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
• Execute digital marketing activities, performance‑based campaigns, and monitor KPIs and ROI using social media analytics tools.
• Generate regular performance reports and handle social media crises or customer complaints professionally.
• Organise marketing events, exhibitions, and test‑drive events for press and influencers, including venue booking and material coordination.
• Maintain relationships with media outlets to secure coverage of press releases and stories.
• Coordinate with vendors for production, printing, and installation of marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with creative and PR agencies, prepare media plans, and develop campaign result presentations.
• Maintain departmental documentation, databases, and creative asset libraries; handle purchase orders and follow‑up with accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proven marketing experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage PR and influencer relationships.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational abilities for database and documentation management.
• Proactive team player capable of handling high‑pressure situations and crisis management.
