Marketing & Multimedia Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing & Multimedia Coordinator to support our B2B marketing initiatives. The role blends graphic design, video production, and social‑media content creation, helping us communicate complex technology topics in a clear, engaging way.

Key responsibilities

• Design clean, modern visual assets for LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Instagram and other channels using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Canva.
• Edit podcasts, webinars, interviews and YouTube recordings into compelling long‑form and short‑form videos.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney and Canva AI to accelerate content creation and improve quality.
• Maintain a portfolio of graphic and video work that showcases your creative abilities.
• Collaborate with product, sales and cybersecurity teams to translate technical concepts into accessible content.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholder expectations while maintaining high organisational standards.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, multimedia, communications or digital content creation.
• Strong portfolio of graphic design and video projects (professional or personal).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Curiosity and pro‑activity, with a willingness to learn complex technology or cybersecurity topics quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift.
